In order to ensure transparency, accountability, and the safety of all transactions with GEONOR, we kindly draw your attention to our approved modes of payment.

1. Cash Payments – Cash must be paid only to the company’s cashier, and every transaction must be backed by an official receipt issued immediately.
2. Cheque Payments – Cheques should be made payable strictly to HTC Depot Limited and must not be endorsed to any individual staff member.
3. Bank Transfers – Payments can be made directly into the company’s official bank accounts only. Account details will always be provided on official company documents.
4. Mobile Money Payments – Mobile Money transactions are to be made only to the company’s registered numbers/accounts. Under no circumstances should payment be made to any staff member’s personal MoMo number.
